The only small things keeping it from a full 5.0 are the dated TVs (ended up buying our own fire stick to use) and we had a slight issue with the pool heater and the skimmer basket was really full of debris. That said, someone was sent same day on the pool issue and another person came the following day to deep clean the pool and filter, so great response!" (8/5)
